If the Software is defective or fails to meet the standards required by law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund as mandated by local regulations. Polyverse will honor any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Additionally, if you are simply not satisfied with the Software within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, you may contact Polyverse to explain why you are unhappy. We value your feedback and may, at our sole discretion, offer you a refund even if the Software is not defective. However, if we have a reasonable basis to believe that the request is made in bad faith—such as using the Software temporarily with no genuine intent to keep it—Polyverse reserves the right to decline such a refund.
