Resale by End Users (Second-Hand Sales)
Subject to any mandatory local laws granting resale rights, you may resell your personal, used copy of the Software, provided that:

1. You permanently delete and remove all copies of the Software from your devices;
2. You contact Polyverse’s support department to request and initiate the license transfer;
3. The new owner explicitly confirms to Polyverse that they agree to provide their personal information (as required by Polyverse’s Privacy Policy) for registration and accept that these details will be associated with the transferred license; and 
4. You do not resell more than two (2) copies of the same Software product within any twelve (12) month period.

Acquiring multiple licenses primarily for the purpose of resale, beyond the limited second-hand allowances above, is prohibited. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions may result in license revocation. This restriction does not apply to Authorized Resellers operating under a separate written agreement with Polyverse.
